What is Grey Blending?

Grey Blending (Grey Reverse Coloring) is a technique that embraces and blends gray hair naturally and beautifully. We strategically cover about 70% of grey to create natural-looking highlights that fade gracefully over time.

What's the difference between Zero-Gravity and Root Touch-Up?

Zero-Gravity: 0mm scalp-free application with specially formulated fade-out color. Perfect for sensitive scalp. Designed to evolve into natural highlights over 3-4 weeks.

Root Touch-Up: Traditional grey blending with standard application. Solid, even coverage for long-lasting results.

How long does Grey Blending last?

Results vary depending on hair quality, scalp condition, and previous treatments. Typically, color fades naturally over 3-4 weeks, creating beautiful highlights. We recommend touch-ups every 6-8 weeks.

Do you guarantee color results?

Results may vary depending on individual hair quality, scalp condition, and previous hair treatments. We do not guarantee complete color reproduction or long-lasting results, as each person's hair responds differently.

I have sensitive skin. Can I still get colored?

Yes! Our Zero-Gravity technique is designed for sensitive scalp with 0mm application. However, clients with sensitive skin or allergies are encouraged to perform a patch test beforehand. Please inform us during booking.

What should I tell you before my grey blending appointment?

Please inform us if you:

  • Have sensitive skin or allergies
  • Are pregnant
  • Have skin conditions or serious illnesses
  • Have had previous hair treatments (especially henna)
  • Have any health concerns

This helps us provide the safest, most effective service.

🧖 Head Spa - Technical Questions

What is Head Spa?

Head Spa is a relaxation treatment designed to harmonize the flow of energy (Qi) and gently balance body and mind. It's not a strong massage or pressure therapy, but rather a soothing experience that often leads to deep relaxation or natural sleep.

Is Head Spa a massage?

No. Head Spa focuses on gentle rejuvenation and relaxation through mindful care - not deep-pressure massage. For strong or deep-pressure massage, we recommend visiting a general massage salon.

What should I expect during my first Head Spa?

First-time clients or those new to scalp treatments may experience:

  • Temporary feeling of tension as scalp adjusts
  • Mild discomfort initially (normal adjustment)
  • Deep relaxation or natural sleep during treatment

We use Shiseido SUBLIMIC professional line for thorough cleansing and intensive treatment beyond standard salon shampoo.

Will I lose hair during Head Spa?

Some natural hair shedding may occur temporarily as the scalp environment is purified - this is a normal process. The thorough cleansing releases hair that was already in the shedding phase.

I haven't washed my hair in several days. Is that okay?

If you haven't washed your hair for more than three days, you may experience increased sebum release or mild itchiness after treatment. Please let us know in advance so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.

Can I get Head Spa if I'm pregnant?

Yes, but you must inform us in advance. We may adjust the treatment for your comfort and safety. Head Spa can be wonderfully relaxing during pregnancy.

How far in advance should I book?

Monday-Friday: 1-2 weeks recommended
Saturday/Sunday: 2-3 weeks recommended (by appointment only)

What happens when I book?

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree that:

"I have read, understood, and agreed to the salon's policies (including treatment information, cancellation policy, refund policy, late arrival policy, and complaint handling policy). I understand that my reservation is confirmed under the condition of adhering to these policies."

⏰ Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

What's your cancellation policy?

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a charge of 50–100% of the service fee.

No refunds will be given for no-shows or late cancellations.

What if I'm running late?

If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened to ensure we finish at the scheduled end time (to accommodate other clients).

No refunds or discounts will be offered for shortened treatments due to late arrival.

Please contact us immediately if you're running late.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, but you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Changes within 24 hours are subject to cancellation fees.

💰 Payment & Refund Policy

What's your refund policy?

No refunds will be given for:

  • No-shows
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours)
  • Shortened treatments due to late arrival

The same applies when using a gift card.

What if I'm not satisfied with my service?

Feedback or concerns must be reported on the day of treatment or within 24 hours after the appointment.

Refunds or re-treatments are solely at the salon's discretion and are not guaranteed for all complaints.

We will not respond to unreasonable demands, abusive behavior, or refund claims that fall outside of our policy.

Do I get a refund if I cancel due to illness?

Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all circumstances, including illness. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

🏥 Health & Safety

Do I need to tell you about my health conditions?

Yes. We may ask about your health condition before providing treatment.

You must inform us in advance if you:

  • Are pregnant
  • Have skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, etc.)
  • Have serious illnesses
  • Have allergies
  • Are on medication
  • Have recently had chemotherapy or medical treatments

Can you refuse service?

Yes. We reserve the right to decline services if your health condition poses a risk to you or affects treatment safety.

Do you require a patch test?

Clients with sensitive skin or allergies are encouraged to perform a patch test before grey blending services. Please request this when booking.

Do Fashion Color services include haircut?

No. Fashion Color (Root Touch-Up and Full Color) does not include haircut. Haircut can be added separately.

Do Grey Blending services include haircut?

Yes. Grey Blending (No Bleach) and Grey Blending Bleach+ services include professional haircut.

How long will my appointment take?

Zero-Gravity Grey Blending: 120 minutes
Root Touch-Up: 120 minutes
Grey Blending Bleach+ Full Head: 180 minutes
Grey Blending Bleach+ Half Head: 150 minutes
Grey Blending Bleach+ Quarter Head: 120 minutes
Fashion Color Root Touch-Up: 90 minutes

What should I do after my treatment?

Grey Blending: Wait 48 hours before washing, use sulfate-free shampoo, avoid hot water

Head Spa: Scalp may feel sensitive initially (normal), avoid harsh products for 24 hours, drink water to support detoxification
